1. Market-relevant vocational and skills training applicable in host and origin countries,

2. Support for small-scale entrepreneurship and micro-enterprises,

3. Agricultural and climate-resilient livelihood support,

4. Start-up kits and productive assets adaptable to return contexts,

5. Formation of cooperatives and savings groups

Contribution to returnees:
Equips returnees with practical skills and assets to restart livelihoods immediately upon return.

Component 2: Education, Skills Development and Youth Empowerment

Objective: Build human capital and future economic opportunities.

Key activities include:

a. Accelerated learning and skills certification,

b. Life skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship training,

c. Digital and vocational skills aligned with local economies,

d. Youth mentorship and peer learning networks.

Contribution to returnees:
Facilitates reintegration of youth into education systems, training institutions, or employment upon return.

Component 3: Returnee Reintegration and Community Recovery

Objective: Support sustainable reintegration of returnees into home communities.

Key activities include:

1. Livelihood restart support for returnees,

2. Community-based reintegration projects,

3. Support for access to land, housing, and basic services through referrals,

4. Community dialogue and reconciliation initiatives,

5. Reintegration-focused psychosocial support.

Contribution to returnees:
Strengthens economic stability, social acceptance, and community cohesion, reducing the risk of re-displacement.

Component 4: Financial Inclusion and Economic Systems Access

Objective: Enable participation in local economic systems.

Key activities include:

a. Financial literacy and business management training,

b. Savings, credit, and cooperative schemes,

c. Market linkage and value-chain integration,

d. Promotion of inclusive local economies.

Contribution to returnees:
Improves access to capital and markets necessary for sustainable reintegration.

Component 5: Social Cohesion, Protection and Community Empowerment

Objective: Reduce vulnerability and promote peaceful coexistence.

Key activities include:

1. Protection-sensitive programming and referral mechanisms.

2. Gender-responsive and inclusive interventions,

3. Community leadership and governance support,

4. Refugee–host and returnee–community joint initiatives.

Enhances safety, dignity, and acceptance in home communities.
